Non-X rated Anime above 65% rating

This list uses some workarounds to exclude X-rated content and include "non-anime" anime such as Cyberpunk: Edgerunners to the best of my abilities. There may be stuff missing, there may be stuff that shouldn't be there. I have also excluded incredibly unpopular anime. Emphasis on incredibly.
